AER has been a licensed WA electricity retailer since 2006. This includes a license to supply Small-Use customers who are afforded extra rights and protection under Australian Consumer Law. Regular audits are conducted to ensure that AER complies with the numerous conditions and standards that are expected under the terms of the license.

AER has completed a rigorous process to gain its Approved Solar Retailer status. It is one of only a few WA companies to have this accreditation, which gives its customers the peace of mind that AER will always act honestly and ethically and closely adheres to Australian consumer protection laws.
